Smart Cities Innovation Challenge
Great Zambezi Initiative is hosting the Smart Cities Innovation Challenge which is designed to help better manage our Cities and meet the challenges brought by exponential Urbanization.
The Urbanization rate of the African Continent has increased from about 15% to
about 40% between 2018 and 2020 and is expected to reach 60% by 2050. Cities in Africa must take advantage of the rapid growth in urban population to overcome difficulties through effective ways of managing cities.
